Based on our 30 years experience in urban rehabilitation, grew a will to create a different product for travelers that would respect the history and time-lapse of the buildings and also its original construction structures but adding the current standards of comfort, colors and equipments.
Located in the center of the city, at the heart of Funchal, our apartments bring new lives to buildings that have already lived many stories and aim to enrich our guests experience in Madeira.
We started in 2014 with the Apartamentos Santa Maria, and since then we have been refining our taste for the hospitality with quality and attention to detail. We are fortunate to share it with those who choose our properties, always learning from our guests and working hard and putting a lot of passion in what we do!
