This house has accompanied the growth of Funchal for, at the very least, the last 150 years and could tell a hundred stories of the people that lived in it, the pharmacy underneath, the workers of the next door buildings that had theirs meals in the spacious living rooms or the way the city has developed leaving in it several memories, some of which can still be appreciated today. Apartment 2 - Studio – Floor 1
T0 - maximum occupancy 2 people | with patio
This is the largest studio you will find in the center of Funchal. With 40 square meters plus a 50 square meter patio, it was decorated with everything you will need during your holidays. It has a bedroom with queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.Outside, in the large patio., there is everything you need to relax: sofas, tables and chairs.
Apartment 3- Floor 2
T1 - accomodates up to 4 people | with street view
With 70m2 this apartment is located on the second floor of the House and has a room with large windows overlooking the street. It has a bedroom with a queen size double bed, a living room with a sofa bed (double), a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a bathroom with shower. All the decoration details have been designed to give you an unforgettable holiday.
Apartment 4 - Duplex – Floor 2
T1 – maximum occupancy 4 people | with patio views
This apartment with 103 square meters is divided in two floors. In the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a french balcony. In the upper floor, there is a large living room with sofabed (capacity for 2 guests) fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower and a charming balcony where you can have your meals.
